Registration for drug discovery workshop October 18
Part of the NanoSIMS workshop 2023. Attend a day focusing on drug discovery, the latest accomplishments in life science and the unique capabilities of NanoSIMS quantitative subcellular imaging. This workshop day gives an introduction to drug discovery using the NanoSIMS and the background to drugSIMS imaging. We invite students, researchers and nanoSIMS operators from science and industry to come and share their knowledge in their respective fields of research.

Cancellation of registration and social events
Until 16th September cancellation is possible and you will be refunded the congress fee less an administrative cost of SEK 500. We regret that no refunds can be made for cancellations received after 16 September 2023. If you cannot attend the conference your registration is transferable to another member of your organisation, an administrative cost of SEK 250 will be charged. All changes should be done in written form to: nanosims@meetx.se

Method of payment
Payment is made by credit card – Visa or MasterCard.
Please note that all credit card payments are made through a secure and encrypted online payment gateway, and will be listed as a transaction with "Trippus Checkout" on your credit card statement.
All prices here are listed in SEK and excluding 25% VAT.

VAT ON FEES – IMPORTANT INFORMATION
Please note that all delegates are required to pay Swedish VAT on the registration fee (25%) and social events (25%). Swedish tax legislation requires delegates to pay their conference fee including Swedish VAT, which may be reimbursed according to specific regulations. If you are from a country in the EU area, please search for refund of VAT at your tax office, in your home country.

If you are from an EU country (Sweden not included) – a valid VAT number is mandatory, otherwise VAT will be added to your registration fee.
It is important that your number is stated exactly according to EU standards. Click here to see the number structure of each member state.
To validate your number before registering, please click here. Please note that a VAT number can't be added afterwards to a confirmed registration.

If you are from a country outside of EU – you can register without a VAT number.

Delegates from Sweden and private persons are required to pay VAT on the registration fee (25%). You do not need to enter your VAT number at this stage.
Please have your VAT/TAX registration number ready to enter before you start the registration process to avoid TAX payment. It is not possible to add it at a later stage.
